Submission

Some people view a submissive as weak. I’ve heard it many times. Then there are the others. The ones who fantasize and glamorize what being a sub means to them. I can’t fault anyone for that either. All of those gorgeous black and white GIFs and pictures make it so easy to get lost in a daydream, wishing that was you. Yes, the lifestyle comes with beautiful rewards, but also, very real struggles. Our arguments can be brutal and very difficult. You feel completely exposed, baring your soul, and sometimes, unheard while trying to get your point across. You have a voice, make yourself heard. A Dom and his sub are usually very passionate people, inside the bedroom and out. Even though we have our roles, we are equal in everything. A submissive makes a choice, handing over control to a Dominant. If you find yourself with someone that takes your submission for granted, treating you poorly and without a care for your needs, just remember, you can take that submission back. You hold the power and without your cooperation, the Dom is powerless.

As you know, I've researched Bdsm for many years and have spoken with Doms but I never truly understood it until you and your writing. Thank you!
Thank you!! I’m glad you’re enjoying my posts.
Thank you for your insight into the BDSM lifestyle. It has really helped me under the dynamics of the D/s relationship.
